Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager in shop floor activities
  • Responsible to develop and implement the control plan for all the processes  respecting the customer specific requirements
  • Responsible to execute each set-up approval and release every process assuring  the conformity of production 
  • Responsible to continuously  monitoring the process using statistic methods and quality tools. Propose actions to reduce losses
  • Responsible to coordinate and lead the group of quality auditors on the shop floor to assure the full coverage and support  for all processes
  • Responsible to address customer complaints internally and proceed containment actions whenever required
  • Responsible to attack internal issues and reduce scrap/losses using robust methods and quality tools   
  • Responsible to sower quality culture and assure the discipline and respect of the quality system on the floor
  • Responsible for the management and handling of non-conforming materials on the shop floor
  • Responsible to conduct process audits and implement robust action plan whenever required 
  • Responsible to measure and generate internal indicators of quality performance (internal PPM, FTQ, scrap and rework)
  • Responsible to communicate internal issues, countermeasures and actions in a daily basis  for the management review and actions
  • Control the operation of error proofing and poka-yokes on the process
  • Responsible to implement,  maintain and improve Quality Gates in accordance to the QA matrix and QA Network guidelines


1 Mandatory Engineering degree (desired Mechanical, Aerospace, Production)

2) Preferred Minimum 10 years on quality experience on the shop-floor 

3) Mandatory ISO TS 16949 internal auditor

4) Mandatory experience with manufacturing process 

5) Problem Solving


  1. Internal PPM, FTQ, scrap and rework
  2. Cp/cpk activities
  3. Poka-yoke and error proofing conformance
  4. 1st piece approval conformance
  5. Control plan conformance
