Description: Responsible to manage benefits systems and new hire orientation.

Support in a variety of HR activities and employee involvement and development
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages temp to perm processes

Temp to Perm New Hire Process

Coordinates company events

Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers

brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews

Employee Onboarding

Tracking and Reporting of Recruitment Process

Training process

Evaluation process/ feedback 30 – 60 – 90 days

Company Car Coordinator

Responsible for Benefit systems

Community Involvement/Partnership

Employee Relations

Support HR department in employee event organization

FMLA/STD Tracking

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Completed College Degree preferred

• 2 years in the area, minimum

• Employee Relations Experience

• HR Systems Experience
